VIGIL ON EISWERDER

The fact how in Berlin some places with buildings which are still usable one deals, annoys many citizens for quite some time. Some of these buildings are steeped in history, and some are very beautiful.

The cityscape of Berlin, which in the recent past has suffered from numerous construction sites, once lived from the charm of old walls, which are now systematically destroyed by the construction of condominiums, new company buildings, etc. little by little.

The association for the creation of alternative cultures does not want to accept this any longer simply and provides itself already still in its establishment phase hearing with a picket, which finds its end on 27.01.2023 at 20:00 o'clock on the island Eiswerder after one week under icy temperatures.

The founder of the association, Mr. Mackowiak, chose the "path of public visibility" after efforts to enter into a discourse with responsible parties failed.

"It can not be that objects are to be used in the future but at the same time are abandoned to decay. The policy and the responsible institutions should understand this.

We demand therefore our part: Creation of a center of alternative cultures. Therefore we organize from 20.01.23 / 10h to 27.01.23 a MAHNWACHE.

Klangwelten

Musikalische Skulpturen und Installationen entführen in eine Klangwelt,

in der sich natürliche Klänge mit synthetischen verbinden und auf Poetry Performance stoßen, um gemeinsam einen Rythmus zu finden. An drei aufeinander folgenden Tagen, findet je eine Vorführung statt, in deren Rahmen auch Ausstellungsbesucher mitmachen und experimentieren können.

Zudem kann tagsüber die Ausstellung „Klangwelten“ zu den regulären Öffnungszeiten von Mittwoch bis Freitag besucht werden.
